Steam Locomotive
We recommend that you arrive early and have plenty of time to enjoy the cars and model airplanes on display at Inkster Junction Station. Take time to walk around and chat with the enthusiastic volunteers who operate and maintain the vehicles and model planes. When it’s time to leave hop onboard for our trip up the line to Grosse Isle. Enjoy the sights and sounds as we make our way through the prairies and kick back and tap your toes to the live onboard music by PDC favourite Ian the musician. Appreciate the slow pace of the stopover, climb through the cab of the Steam locomotive or take a closer look at the vehicles that have followed us up the track. Pick up a freshly prepared hotdog, smokie or some baked goods before we head back to the city.
