We recommend that you arrive early and have plenty of time to enjoy the model airplanes on display at Inkster Junction Station. Take time to walk around and chat with the enthusiastic volunteers who operate and maintain the model planes. When it’s time to leave and the Conductor calls all aboard, hop onboard for our trip up the line to Grosse Isle. Enjoy the sights and sounds as we make our way through the prairies, keep your eyes peeled as a variety of vehicles follow us up the track. Kick back and tap your toes to the live onboard music by PDC favourites The Audayo Brothers. Appreciate the slow pace of the stopover, climb through the cab of the Steam locomotive or take a closer look at the vehicles that will join us. Pick up a freshly prepared hotdog, smokie or some made-from-scratch baking before we head back to the city.
