We are rumbling up the line heading to Grosse Isle, led by the mighty diesel locomotive and we anticipate a day filled with family fun and entertainment featuring Winnipeg’s very own, Chris Without the Hat. During the journey Chris will sketch personal caricatures for all of the children onboard. For the stopover, bring along your own home packed basket or relish the sweet treats offered and freshly barbequed hot dogs or smokies prepared for you by the locals. Grab a front row seat as Chris performs his jaw dropping juggling act. Before we leave be sure to visit the Heritage Village and marvel in the restoration work throughout the various buildings. Listen for the Conductor’s ‘All Aboard’ which indicates it’s time to take the train back to Inkster Junction Station.
