Enjoy the Carnival style tunes of Boonstra’s Dutch Organ as you join us and marvel in the workmanship that has gone in to the restoration and maintenance of the vintage vehicles on display. Take time to visit with the Winnipeg and Headingly Aero Modellers and see the model planes on display. During the leisurely trip to Grosse Isle, sit back and enjoy the presentations by our Historian who will transport you back to a time where the vintage vehicles and steam locomotives were regular methods of transport. Take a tour of our very own 1882 Steam Locomotive (the oldest operating steam locomotive in Canada) during the stopover and listen to our Engineers as they discuss the workings of this incredible engine. One lucky passenger will win a Family Pass to the Winnipeg Aviation Museum!
