Due to their absolute strength and determination they made the journey, anticipating the family life they were planning to build. Let our Historian regale you with stories of a long-gone era that holds a prominent place in our hearts. While in Grosse Isle walk through our 1882 steam locomotive or visit the Ridgeway Heritage House, an 1886 homestead that has been lovingly restored. Enjoy the home cooked offerings and kick back and enjoy the live music.
